}} Frank Roderick Elegar (born December 3, 1986) is a Virgin Islands American professional basketball player for TED Ankara Kolejliler of the Turkish Basketball League (TBL). He can play as either a center or a power forward. ==College career== After playing for St. Raymond High School for Boys in hometown Bronx, New York, he committed to Drexel University for 2004 over interest from other Division I (NCAA) colleges Hofstra, Marist and Canisius.〔Goodman, Jeff. He then led the Dragons in scoring and rebounding for his junior season, making the All-Colonial Athletic Association's second team and the CAA All-Tournament Team.
